Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how order cancellations are handled at Kanikaar Fashion.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to this policy.


1. Cancellation Before Dispatch

Customers may cancel an order only before the order is dispatched.

  1. Order ID
  2. Registered phone number
  3. Reason for cancellation

If the order has not been dispatched, we will try to cancel it.


2. Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

After dispatch, the order is handed over to our courier partner, and shipping movement begins. In such cases, cancellation is not possible.

If the customer still wishes to return or exchange the product after delivery, the request will be handled as per our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.


3. Cancellation Of Prepaid Orders

If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch and the cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment source.

Refund processing may take approximately:

7 working days from the date of cancellation approval.

The actual time taken to reflect in the customer’s account may depend on the payment gateway, bank, card issuer, or financial institution.


4. Cancellation Of COD Orders

COD orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.

Kanikaar Fashion may also contact the customer for confirmation before dispatching COD orders.

If a COD order is not confirmed, is suspicious, has incomplete details, or appears to be placed with incorrect information, Kanikaar Fashion reserves the right to cancel the order.


5. Cancellation By Kanikaar Fashion

Kanikaar Fashion reserves the right to cancel an order in the following cases:

  1. Product is out of stock
  2. Payment failure or payment issue
  3. Incorrect pricing or technical error
  4. Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
  5. Customer is unreachable for order confirmation
  6. PIN code is not serviceable
  7. Suspicious, fraudulent, or bulk order activity
  8. Operational or courier-related limitations

If a prepaid order is cancelled by Kanikaar Fashion, the refund will be processed to the original payment source.


6. Refused Delivery

If a customer refuses to accept a prepaid or COD order without a valid reason, the order may be treated as refused delivery.

For COD orders, repeated refusal of delivery may lead to restriction of COD facility for future orders.

For prepaid orders, refund eligibility will be handled as per the return and refund terms applicable to the order.
