When will my order be dispatched and delivered?

Your order is usually dispatched within 24 Hoursย after order confirmation.

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3โ€“7 working days, depending on your location and courier partner.

You will receive tracking details once your order is shipped. We ship through Shiprocket and major courier partners like Blue Dart, India Post, and others.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive the tracking details through SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

You can use the tracking link or AWB number to check your order status.

If you have not received tracking details after dispatch, please message us with your order ID and registered phone number.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery and free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping across India.

We also offer Cash on Delivery / COD on eligible orders and serviceable PIN codes.

For some COD orders, our team may contact you for confirmation before dispatch. Please confirm your order quickly so your shipment does not get delayed.

How do I choose the right size?

We currently offer standard sizes only. Custom sizes are not available.

Before placing your order, please check the size chart carefully and compare it with your body measurements or a garment that fits you well.

If you are confused between two sizes, we suggest choosing the size that gives you more comfort, especially for office wear and long working hours.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes, returns and exchanges are allowed only if the request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.

The product must be:

Unused
Unwashed
Undamaged
With original tags and packaging
Without perfume smell, stains, makeup marks, or signs of wear

Sale and discounted items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless the wrong or damaged product was sent from our side.

To raise a request, message us within 48 hours with your order ID, reason, and clear photos/videos.

Who pays the return shipping cost?

If the mistake is from our side, like wrong product, wrong size sent, damaged product, or manufacturing defect, Kanikaar Fashion will bear the return shipping cost after verification.

If the return or exchange is due to customer-side reasons like wrong size ordered, change of mind, colour preference, or style preference, the customer has to bear the return shipping cost.

This helps us keep our pricing fair while still supporting genuine issues properly.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

You can cancel your order only before dispatch.

Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled because it has already been handed over to the courier partner.

For prepaid cancelled orders, the refund is usually processed within 7 working days after cancellation approval.

To cancel before dispatch, contact us immediately with your order ID and registered phone number.

Will the product colour look exactly the same as the photo?

We try our best to show product colours as accurately as possible.

However, slight colour variation may happen because of lighting, photography, editing, and mobile/laptop screen settings.

Minor colour difference is normal and will not be considered a defect.
