2. Return / Exchange Window
Customers must raise a return or exchange request within:
48 hours from the time of delivery.
Any request made after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

3. Products Eligible For Return / Exchange
A product may be eligible for return or exchange only if:
- The request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product is unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
- The product has all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- The product does not have perfume smell, stains, makeup marks, sweat marks, or signs of wear.
- The product is not altered, stitched, damaged, or used by the customer.
- The product passes our quality inspection after being received by us.
Returns and exchanges are subject to verification and approval by the Kanikaar Fashion team.
4. Non-Returnable Products
The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Sale items
- Discounted items
- Products purchased during special offers
- Products without original tags or labels
- Used, washed, damaged, or altered products
- Products with perfume smell, stains, makeup marks, sweat marks, or visible signs of use
- Products returned after the 48-hour return/exchange window
- Products damaged due to customer handling, washing, ironing, storage, or misuse
Sale and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases where the wrong product, wrong size, or damaged product was sent from our side.
5. Reasons Accepted For Return / Exchange
We may accept a return or exchange request in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered
- Wrong size delivered from our end
- Damaged product received
- Manufacturing defect
- Product missing from package
- Size issue, subject to our approval and availability
For damage, defect, or wrong item claims, the customer must share clear images and, where possible, an unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery.
6. Return Shipping Responsibility
Return shipping responsibility will depend on the reason for the return or exchange.
If the issue is from Kanikaar Fashion’s side:
Examples:
- Wrong item sent
- Wrong size sent
- Damaged item received
- Manufacturing defect
In such cases, Kanikaar Fashion will arrange or bear the return shipping cost, subject to verification.
If the issue is from the customer’s side:
Examples:
- Customer ordered the wrong size
- Customer changed their mind
- Customer did not like the colour or style
- Customer entered incorrect order details
- Customer wants a different product after delivery
In such cases, the customer will be responsible for return shipping. Pickup may not be arranged by Kanikaar Fashion, and the customer may need to ship the product back at their own cost.
7. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested size or product is available, we will process the exchange after the returned product passes quality inspection.
If the requested size or product is not available, we may offer one of the following options:
- Refund to the original payment source
- Store credit
- Exchange with another available product of equal or higher value, subject to payment of price difference
Exchange will be processed only after the original product is received and approved by our quality team.
8. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed only after:
- The return request is approved.
- The product is received by Kanikaar Fashion.
- The product passes quality inspection.
- The return is found to be eligible as per this policy.
Once approved, refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment source.
Refunds may take approximately 7 working days to be processed from our side after approval. The actual credit time may depend on the customer’s bank, payment gateway, or financial institution.
9. Refund For COD Orders
For Cash on Delivery orders, if a refund is approved, the customer may be asked to provide valid bank account or UPI details.
Kanikaar Fashion will not be responsible for refund delays caused by incorrect bank account details, incorrect UPI ID, inactive accounts, or customer-side banking issues.
10. Quality Check After Return
All returned products will go through a quality check.
A refund or exchange may be rejected if the product is found to be:
- Used
- Washed
- Damaged
- Altered
- Without tags
- Without original packaging
- With perfume smell
- With stains, makeup marks, sweat marks, or signs of wear
If a returned product fails quality check, we may send the product back to the customer. In such cases, the customer may have to bear reshipping charges.
11. Damaged / Defective Product Claim
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

- Unboxing video, if available
- Description of the issue
We will review the claim and provide a suitable resolution if the claim is approved.
12. Colour, Size & Fit Related Returns
Product colours may slightly vary due to screen settings, lighting, photography, and device display differences.
Minor colour variation will not be treated as a defect.
Customers are advised to check the size chart before placing an order. Size-related exchanges may be accepted only if the request is raised within 48 hours of delivery and the product meets our return conditions.
