We try to show product colours as accurately as possible.

However, actual product colour may slightly vary due to:

2. Fabric Texture And Appearance

Fabric may look slightly different in photos and in real life because of lighting, angle, drape, and screen quality.

Texture, weave, shine, thickness, softness, and fall may appear different depending on the photography setup and device display.

Customers are advised to read the product description carefully before ordering.

3. Size And Fit Disclaimer

Kanikaar Fashion offers ready-made products in standard sizes.

We do not currently offer custom sizing.

Fit may vary depending on:

  5. Personal fit preference

Customers should check the size chart before placing an order.

Product photos may include styling elements such as jewellery, bags, footwear, accessories, trousers, innerwear, or props.

Unless clearly mentioned in the product description, these styling items are not included with the product.

Only the product specifically mentioned in the product title and description is included in the order.

5. Wash Care Disclaimer

Customers must follow the wash care instructions provided with the product or mentioned on the website.

Kanikaar Fashion will not be responsible for damage caused by:

  1. Wrong washing method
  2. Machine washing where hand wash or dry clean is advised
  3. Use of bleach
  4. Harsh detergent
  5. Soaking for too long
  6. Washing with dark or colour-bleeding garments
  7. Incorrect ironing temperature
  8. Drying in harsh direct sunlight
  9. Rough use or mishandling
  10. Third-party alteration

6. Colour Bleeding And Shrinkage

Some fabrics may naturally release slight colour during the first few washes, especially darker shades.

Some fabrics may have minor shrinkage depending on fabric type and washing method.

To reduce risk:

  1. Wash separately for the first few washes
  2. Use mild detergent
  3. Do not bleach
  4. Do not soak for long
  5. Dry in shade
  6. Follow care instructions carefully

Damage caused due to incorrect washing or care will not be treated as a manufacturing defect.

7. Embroidery, Print And Handwork Disclaimer

If a product includes print, embroidery, embellishment, lace, buttons, tassels, or handwork, slight irregularities may occur.

Such minor variations are part of garment construction and finishing and will not always be considered defects.

8. Manufacturing Variation

There may be slight differences between products across production batches.

Minor variations may occur in:

Products should be used and maintained according to standard garment care practices.

We are not responsible for damage caused by:

  2. Improper storage
  3. Incorrect washing
  4. Incorrect ironing
  5. Staining after use
  6. Perfume or deodorant marks
  7. Alterations by a tailor
  8. Wear and tear after use

Any product-related issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Return, exchange, or refund eligibility will be decided as per our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.
